This policy explains how Celebrity Kitchen AI handles information used to create and deliver your kitchen video. Contact support@celebritykitchenai.com about your data.

What we collect

We process your account email and sign-in details, the two photos you upload, your role selections, generation status, generated files, and order and credit records. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive and store your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile photo URL with your account on Cloudflare. These details identify your account and display your name and avatar. Your Google profile photo is not automatically selected or uploaded for video generation. Technical records may include IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and errors needed to operate the service and investigate abuse. Creem handles payment details; our application does not receive your full payment-card number.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the application, account records and files. Yir and the model provider receive the photos you explicitly select and upload, together with the fixed kitchen reference media and generation instructions. Google account information is not used as video-generation input. If you start a purchase, your account name and email are shared with Creem to associate the checkout with your account; Creem processes checkout and payment records. Google processes Google sign-in. Each provider also handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your uploaded photos or generated videos.

File access and retention

Uploads and completed videos are accessible through file links. Anyone with a link may be able to open the file, so a link should not be treated as private storage. Files are kept for generation and account access; we do not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period or permanent storage. You can request deletion by email. Payment, dispute and security records may need to be retained separately. Copies already downloaded, shared or cached may remain after a file is removed from our storage.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, session continuity, checkout return and recovering an interrupted generation request. Selected photos are stored in this browser so they can survive a payment redirect or reload; choosing a photo does not upload it. Removing a selection removes it from the local draft. Payment and sign-in providers may use their own cookies on their services. The site may record operational events such as uploads, checkout and task completion; photos, payment credentials and full card details are not analytics event properties.

Your choices

You can replace or remove selected photos before submitting a generation. Removing a selection does not itself delete an upload from server storage. To request access to or deletion of account data or files, email support@celebritykitchenai.com with the account email and relevant job or order IDs. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or additional photos by email.
