When an AI video from photos looks strange.

Start with one clear, front-facing adult portrait for each role, then check the whole generated clip. For this two-person kitchen scene, photo selection and role checks are the controls you have. Exact likeness and natural motion are not guaranteed.

Start with a readable face

If you are wondering how to make an AI video from a photo without looking strange, inspect the source before generating. Can you clearly see the person’s eyes, nose, mouth and face shape? A portrait is easier to assess when the face is not hidden by hair, hands, sunglasses or deep shadow.

  • Choose a front-facing portrait with even lighting and one adult in the frame.
  • Use a clear original image. A file can fit the 10 MB limit and still contain a tiny, blurry or heavily filtered face.
  • Avoid group shots and photo collages. Each slot is intended to identify one person.
  • Check the selected preview before continuing. Replace the file if it is the wrong person, cropped awkwardly or difficult to recognize.

These are input checks, not a promise that the output will match perfectly. The generator creates a new scene rather than pasting a still photo over every frame.

Check who is making coffee

An unexpected role can look like a likeness problem. Compare the slot labels with the original scene: the coffee maker is on the right in the foreground; the milk pourer is on the left behind them. Check that each portrait is in the intended slot before starting.

Both photos are required. If the same portrait appears in both slots, replace the unintended selection. Once a job is submitted, changing the page’s photo selection does not edit that running job.

Find the frame that looks wrong

Watch the complete 15-second result instead of judging only its poster or first frame. Pause at the moment that looks wrong and compare it with your selected photo and the original scene. Separate an input mistake from a generated detail that the photo controls cannot repair.

What you noticeWhat to check next
The face is hard to recognizeCheck clarity, face visibility and whether the correct portrait was selected. A clearer photo is worth considering, but another generation may still vary.
The person is in the wrong roleCompare the coffee and milk slot labels with the original scene. Reassign the portraits before a new job if you selected the wrong slots.
Hands, the mug or pouring look oddReview the generated motion. This studio has no controls to repair individual frames, and replacing a portrait does not guarantee those details will change.
The soundtrack differs from the referenceThe examples include original scene audio added after generation. Your downloaded MP4 uses model-generated audio and may sound different. Listen to it before posting, and use a video editor if you want to add a soundtrack.

Know what you can change

You can replace the coffee maker’s photo, replace the milk pourer’s photo, or remove a selection before generating. The kitchen scene, action, 15-second duration, 720p output and 9:16 framing are fixed in the current studio. There is no custom prompt, seed control or face-retouch slider.

Better source photos do not guarantee that hands, liquid motion or every facial expression will look natural. If you need to trim a moment, add a caption or change music, work on the downloaded MP4 in an editor. The full tutorial explains the generation and download steps.

Check the job before starting another

A running task, a failed task and a completed clip with a visual issue need different next steps. First check Your scenes or your account for the actual status. If status refresh fails, refresh it before you submit again.

A new generation uses another credit and may produce a different result. Failed-task credits and cancellation charges follow the refund policy. Do not assume that changing a photo updates a submitted job or that every retry is free.
