Uploaded photos are processed to create the video. Private file links require the owner’s sign-in. You can delete a completed video from your account; this does not delete its input photos or copies held by the model provider. Contact support for a data-deletion request.

Generation supports two adult portraits and this fixed scene. Pet clips are references, not a pet-generation feature. There are no custom scene or dialogue controls. Faces, hands and movements can vary; a successful generation does not guarantee exact likeness.
Will my download have the sample’s music?
New videos use model-generated audio. The showcase has reference audio added afterwards, so its soundtrack is not automatically included in your download. To use a particular song, add audio you have permission to use in a video editor.
What happens after payment?
Sign in, choose a pack and complete checkout. Return to the generator, assign two clear portraits and start a scene. One credit creates one 15-second, 720 × 1280 vertical MP4. Download the finished video from your account; buying credits does not start generation automatically.
What if generation fails?
A task marked failed returns its credit automatically. Cancellation depends on when execution stops and whether the model provider confirms a final charge of zero. A completed video you dislike is not automatically a failed task.
Are returned credits a cash refund?
No. A failed-task credit lets you try another generation. Payment refunds are reviewed separately under the refund policy; they are not an automatic money-back guarantee. Contact support about unused purchases, duplicate charges or technical issues.
